I will give it a try.
Chrysomyia has black stripes between the tergites . it is very clear in your photo.
Usually Chrysomyia has more pale green colours than the Lucilia. And Lucilia is much more hairy, mainly in the first pair of legs?
Nikita and Susan will fix me, by sure.

Formaly - Chrysomya has setae on basal section of wing vein R, but of course it is unvisible on photo.
But there is very simple way to distinguish - Lucilia has strong dc and ac, Chrysomya - only hairs
