* locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.09.20
* size - 7 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - farmland
* substrate - on Citrus lemon leaf.
I was very surprised to realize that I found this pipunculid on lemon fruit tree!

looks right but not safe to say more
