I would vote for E. sepulchralis. E. megacephalus should have yellowish markings on the second tergite.

Thank you. I thought it was
Eristalinus sepulchralis
too, but someone supposed
E. megacephalus
, and I was doubtful. And I have not dichotomous keys to distinguish between them with certainty
