Sorry, not enough detail for me but
Compsilura is a known parasitoid of
Phalera bucephala, so it's a possibility

But then again, Compsilura has been reared from anything, brick rocks included, so that does not mean much.
I can't see enough in this resolution.
Rui, please check in original whether ocellar bristles (between the 3 ocelli) are present or not.

I don't have a hand lens that zooms better than what my camera does, so I am putting the best images I have here.
I hope that something can be seen.
The 1st photo shows a newborn fly.
