Here is the one which was laying eggs. Is it also a female of
Hybomitra nitidifrons?
Belgium, Malchamps (peat bog area), 2010-06-28.

This one, I cannot confirm.
The frons is (too ?) narrow, the palpus seems too long (but out of focus) and the abdomen seems (too) dark. More likely bimaculata .....

Does those others pictures helps for the palpus and subcallus ?
I thought it was
nitidifrons because the upper part of the subcallus seems to be shiny (subcallus was not completely mat), and the lower callus was small.

Yes, but it is very little indded and might be artificial.
The frons just seems too narrow and also too strongly tapering downwards.
Compare with your no. 2.
I could not make any postive ID, alas.
