I have checked the key of Dictria genus in this site (http://www.robberflies.info/keyger/htmle/keydioctria.html#12), where it is saying that in Dioctria Hyalipennis "Stripe of pale tomentum on pleura complete, with an additional ventral stripe above middle coxa".

Does it correspond to the following image?

No, I would ID this one as a female D. cf rufipes or D. cf sudetica, because the dusting on the mesonotum is reduced. Also the whole look of the creature reminds me more of D. rufipes. A lateral picture of the head could help a lot to be sure.

Sorry, I have no other good photo of this subject. But Fauna Europaea considers D. sudetica present only in Central Europe.

So … D. cf. rufipes could be correct…
