Moscow, park, on fallen leaf, 10 okt, 2-3mm.
May be with clearly visible venation genus ID is possible?

Unfortunately, there are only few Sciaridae genera that can be identified on the basis of wing venation. Maybe someone will have a guess at this one, but it will not be me.
