From what I can see, it seems indeed
H. lancifer.
There are two very similar species (on photos);
Pegoplata annulata and
Zaphne divisa.
In
P. annulata the calypters are more whitish, only one av on the hindtibia and mostly the foreleg with very yellowish knees.
In
Z. divisa the calypters are also whitish, the hind tibia with 2 av, but the upper one smaller and finer as the lower one and no subapical ad seta on the midfemur
In
Z. divisa the notopleuron is also haired, but only behind the second notopleural hair and is mostly not visible on photos.
So….with an subapical ad seta on f2 and two strong av on t3, we can rule out the two other species.
