23.04.2018 Near Vuokojärvi, Kevon luonnonpuisto, (North) Finland.
There was an open spring nearby just at the edge of the lake water where I found that specimen. Another open stream (river) was about half kilometers away. Lake itself was under the ice and tundra was all covered with snow.

Subfamily Diamesinae. I don't know if it is Diamesa.
