Thanks for taking a look. Found at the Wright Brothers Memorial in coastal North Carolina, USA on the sidewalk next to a very large field. There was a small drainage ditch with some water in it near where this individual was found. Thanks for the help! Found July 7, 2007.

I have alike large Ephydridae from Thailand.
Still isn't determinated even to genus
