I read Bangor, Me. = Bangor, Maine, USA.

In Maine with dark band along Cu reaching wing margin it should be
Pedicia albivitta
or
goldsworthyi
. Only males can be distinguished.
P. albvititta
is much more common. The other was only recognized as distinct in 2006.
