This lacks the head capsule typical of tipulids. I think it is more likely to be something like
Scathophaga
.

I agree with Tony, no Tipulidae, but definitely Scatophagidae.

Thankyou Tony and atylotus. I suspected it could be something else than Tipulidae but similar.
