i think it is not possible to say much more here.

This fly is pretty common in Corylus avellana

I mean the genus of the fly.

I think too much pale on the legs for minutus.

minutus and australominutus can be this pale on legs.
Can you see a slight apico-ventral rim on the front tibia?
Side of scutum looks very shiny in the photo and one would expect it to be a bit dulled in minutus (which has a rather clear median shining line on the scutum)

I think the mesonotum is too glossy over-all, especially in the dorsal view.

I took another photo today, though the quality is not good. This time we have a male and a female. Size is quite small, about 3-4mm

This one clearly has a pollinose mesonotum, but here I cannot distinguish the narrow, glossy, median strip...
