Hi, After examining your images, I don't think it is a species close to Cha. rosae. There is 2 (pair of) dc; 3 vt (Yellow setae); Post-pronotal lobe black to brown; Pleuron black to brown except for a yellow to brown spot on the the anepistrernum the proepisternum; Palpi apically black + 3rd antennal segment black + Prelabrum black + Arista brownish => Chamaepsila confusa Shatalkin & Merz, 2010

I would also like to point out that this species was not known to Austria, it must be published Wink
