On flower of Cistus salviifolius (Cistaceae) in stone pine (Pinus pinea) woodland. Apparently feeding on faeces/regurgitation of an earlier flower visitor. Sevilla province, southwestern Spain, 20 m a.s.l., 28 February 2020

Three genera have long proboscis:
Asindulum
,
Macrorrhncha
, and
Antlemon
. I do not know which you have.
