I can't find a complete list of species in Sturmiini (I suppose splitted from Goniini), here:

The only european genus is Sturmia and the unique species Sturmia bella...
Which other genus could this be ?
I found it more similar to Blepharippa pratensis, which was determined by you from a collected specimen at the same area:

Sturmiini was in “ “, because it is no longer valid and split over bith Goniini and Eryciini.
Sturmia has the scutellum dark and is a late summer species....
Pity we can’t see the hind tibiae.
