This one puzzles me: totally black, no discal bristles on tergites 3-4, apical scutellars much smaller than subapicals, cosyal spine strong, apparently (?) only 3 post DC ??
Pity there is no lateral shot.
Only option according to tachinidae.eu is Clemelis, but I have never seen such a black Clemelis.
