Any idea of this Tachinid fly ?

Thelaira sp or Leucostomatini have been suggested to me for ID...

Looks pretty weird. Note the relatively long petiole in wing venation.
Is this the only picture available ?

Antenna is like Acemya. I think cell r5 is narrowly open or closed at or near the wing margin, with folding of the wing making it appear long-petiolate.
