is this Phaonia rufiventris?
28.10.2014, Germany, Bavaria, Bavarian Forest, Furth im Wald, found in my garden on ivy.

No, it is Ph. subventa: frons with interfrontals; 2 pair prst ac; t1 with p seta; colour also. See:
