An idea for this big (Phronia ?) ? Unfortunately, it fly away ...
In the kitchen yesterday - Cuise La Motte (Northen France) - more than 5 mm estimated

With the very long base to the medial fork and size I am inclined towards Mycomya but too many details are not visible.
