no, looks completely different (look at the antennae for example). I don't think, it's a Tachinid. Looks more like a Calliphorid (Pollenia? but the orange antennae and proboscis are peculiar).

by looking at the gallery I would guess Pollenia vagabunda, or is this to far fetched?
