05 nov, Moscow, park, on birch.
Arista and taxi spots on abdomen - like Sarcophagidae.
But there is obvios metallic colour, especialy on abdomen. It leads to Calliphoridae.
Two more fact. Normaly this time in Moscow is full winter. But:
1. Wings look like that of very fresh emerged fly.
2. Today (without camera) I found the same (95% sure) flies rather common on the sunheated wall of house.

Calliphoridae
As you note yourself, European Sarcophagidae Sarcophaginae are never metallic blue nor green.
(Sarcophagidae Miltogramminae, the other subfamily, are very different)

Caliphoridae, very probably
Calliphora especially if common. Blue-grey thorax and blue abdomen with white tessellation will (almost) always by this genus.
