Hello,
is this fly from today (August 13th 2020) from Leipzig (Saxony/Germany) a Dinera species (maybe grisescens)?

I doubt
Dinera
, which has a different course of vein M. Dexiini tend to have the bend in vein M obtuse and close to wing margin.

Looks like some Miltogramminae - Taxigramma sp. maybe

Yes, note the absence of ACR bristles, definitely Miltogramminae. Reminds indeed of Taxigramma, but I do not recognize the spcies.
