Thread subject: Diptera.info :: All Fannia?

Hello!

I think this one is Fannia pallitibia again:

But what about the two flies below? Are they also Fannias? All pictures from November-05, Ostwestfalen/Germany, in garden/near forest. All flies about 5 mm.

1. F.pallitibia seems correct.
2. I don't know, I don't think it is Fannia

Thanks! No. 2 seemed to me different, too, with it's all black colour.
