Hi,
Here's another fly from the village near the Baltic coast. The wing venation recalls Muscidae, so might it be something like
Thricops
?
The photo was taken last week.

Paul is right
Heleomyzid species which belongs to Tephrochlamys Loew.
Probably to T. tarsalis if the face is dark in colour.
