Niether French nor other Western Europeans can't answer "Jorge" question. In Russia we know how to cook almost all mushrooms. All species of
Suillus are edible and testy.

P.S. Though, in case of "magic mushrooms" the best experts are our colieagues from the Netherlands

Suillus? IMO edible but mostly pretty bland in taste. Then again, I am pretty picky about mushrooms - I don't even like
Boletus. My absolute favourite is
Hygrophorus camarophyllus
