Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy on January 28th 2019. I think it's a member of the genus Dilophus, but is it possible to identify the species only this photo?

Yes, Dilophus and no, not possible to say more. Given time and locality, D. humeralis or antipedalis comes to mind.
