Very grateful to both of you for your help in identifying this little dipteran.
I have collected it, so I can take pictures of some detail of the insect that allows to advance in its identification.
Kind regards from the south of Spain,

It is a female specimen. If you catch a male I'll find time to make a proper ID.
So,
Trixoscelis sp.

Very grateful for your help.
I take your kind offer into consideration and I hope to be lucky enough to be able to photograph and collect some male Trixoscelis, so that I can send it to you.
Best regards from southern Spain.
