Hello! Could this one be Lampromyia iberica? Photo and record by Jose Gracia Soto, east of Spain, dry shrubland, March 2020

Lampromyia pallida subgroup seems to be correct. Must be iberica if hind coxa, metakatepisternum and metanotum are black (I can't see it clearly). Based on Kehlmaier, 2014 (Zootaxa 3887 (3): 481–493)
