Short proboscis, no fork in R
4+5 ->
Rhamphomyia. Rather broad femora and tibiae with fringes on hind leg well visible, combined with the early date, make me believe it is
Rhamphomyia (Rhampomyia) sulcatella.

that was my first thought, too - before I clearly saw the fork on pic #3. Or what is it?

Because of overlapping wings?
