Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Cinochira atra (Tachinidae)? from 29.05.20 --> confirmed

Hello,

is this Cinochira atra? It was very small, only 3-4 mm. On a rail over a small creek (northwest Germany).

Thank you one more time. I noticed, that I found it for a second time last year in September in our nightly garden. Or is this a different fly? I must admit, I stored it as a possible Rhinophoridae initially. It was bigger, about 5 mm.
