Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Neu-Lankau near Mölln, edge of a way across meadows right by the Elbe-Lübeck-Canel, Outsidephotos kuv, 25th of May 2017. Please help to get the ID.

Tribe Chironomini. I can't see the inner appendages of the genitalia and the pictures aren't clear enough to convince me they are absent.

I put an enlargment of the abdomen to this thread - although I am afraid that it is not clear enough. So it's a try.
