Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Cecidomyiidae: Porricondylinae s. lat.

Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy on March 12th 2021. I think it is a Cecidomyiidae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos?

Porricondylinae sensu lato. Possibly Dicerura, but that genus is supposed to have a projection on the first tarsomeres and I don't see one.
