Schacht in his checklist for Bayern does not mention this species https://www.zobodat.at/pdf/ENT_0018_0549-0555.pdf According to fauna-eu, it is strictly boreal https://fauna-eu.org/cdm_dataportal/taxon/b25f05f0-a877-43e5-99bf-e4282ec7138b and johannis often has very red legs .... So unless you are 1000 % sure and you have males as well, rufipes seems unlikely Theo |

I've looked again at the images and on #1 I think I can see the V-shaped callus on the frons which should be significant for the female rufipes (Bibionidae de la faune Belge, Jan Verbeke). If you compare this snippet with your original photo you may see it more clearly. Eric |
