Is the ID correct?
June in southern Niedersachsen/Germany (would be a first for the state to my knowledge)

Either confusa or rufipes. The size of sternite 8 (of Albrecht) seems to be quite big, so it might be rufipes.

I think you are correct Paul!
Comparing the surstyli of both species, I am now also in favor of rufipes.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
