Rhinophoridae from Belgium for ID

Is it possible to ID this specimen pictured in Belgium on 2021-08-03 ?
Is it genus Phyto ?
Keying it I arrive at Phyto melanocephala, female.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
