Hello, I photographed this fly in San Giovanni (BZ), Italy, 1000m a.s.l. on July 12th 2021. I think it is a Platypezidae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos? Thank you in advance, Emanuele Edited by ESant on 28-08-2021 21:20 |

Thank you Eric! They do indeed look very similar. How is it possible do distinguish C. elegans from the other members of the genus?
