Good evening every one !

I pictured this Diptera in my garden today 2022-03-27.
I think it could be a Faniidae (and even a Fannia), Male

Is it possible to ID ?

According to Miroslav Barták, Jiří Preisler, Štěpán Kubík, Hana Šuláková, Vladislav Sloup in Zookeys, the difference between F. manicata and F. monilis would be :

"6 (5) Hind femur with strong anteroventral setae along almost whole length; hind
tibia with a row of unequal posteroventral setae in apical 2/3; mid tibia remarkably
dilated in apical half (terminalia: Rozkošný et al. 1997, fig. 10h).....
.....................................................................................F. manicata (Meigen)
– Hind femur only with 2–3 anteroventral setae before apex; hind tibia without
posteroventral setae; mid tibia only slightly dilated in apical half (terminalia:
Rozkošný et al. 1997, fig. 11e)......................................F. monilis (Haliday) "

Is this what we can see here or do I have to search for other view ?
