Conopidae, help id, please -> Myopa vicaria

Hi Eugene, very difficult to say from only the lateral photos. I think both should be Myopa vicaria, which is the first Myopa to appear in spring and (on the second photo) has no adpressed ventral black hairs at the base.

Yes, these photos helped: I'm quite sure now that it's vicaria - compared to the images on Steven Falk's site.
