Drosophila immigrans?
RE Niks
I found this Drosophila in my compost bin, in the Netherlands. It looked darker than the also present D. immigrans and also lacked the darkened cross-veins and clouded tips of the veins. However, it did have the typical row of short spines at the apical half of the innerside of the first femur. Which species can it be?

RE Niks
In this picture the row of short spines is visible at the front femur

and here again the absence of obvious darkening of the cross veins and dark thorax and pattern on abdomen

The flieÅ› body apparently started to decompose, which might be the reason of darker coloration. A very little darker hue of wing membrane around crossveins and at tips of longitudinals can be also seen (or felt)- see the first picture.
Though somewhat aberrant, I think it is D. immigrans.

Fore femur also has the series of small teeth along the anteroventral margin (second image), so no doubt this is D. immigrans.
