another Ichneumonid?

Dear Forum,

I took these pictures of what I believe to be an Ichneumonidae sp.
on March 29th in my garden.
Is it, and can it be further identified?

This is an Ichneumnidae Pimplinae, perhaps Tromatobia sp.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
