Assume this is some type of the above ? Taken 13/02/06 wasp 2.3mm long South Coast UK

From what I can make of it, it is a member or the chalcidoid family Eulophidae. A true specialist might be able to tell more from a picture like this, though this one strikes me as Tetrastichinae (do not ask my why Pfft).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
