Apidae... i think.. You should see the sitcky post. It is not allowed to upload wasps photos to avoid many non-diptera threads.

Thank you Christian, I had seen..... well ! Pierred, the Apoidea have the first article of the tarse and the tibia widened!  also in Australia!
