I think Chrysomelidae, somewhere in subfamily Clytrinae. |

Hmm. i think this is a bug, possibly Scutelleridae. This family contains large and colorful species in the warm regions. Pity that the mouth parts are not visible, cause this should be the easiest to tell apart bugs and beetles. The antennae, however contain too few segments for a beetle.
