A chalcid wasp?

29.08.2006, found at my balcony, size 2-2.5mm.

Provisionally I would put it in Pteromalidae, which belong in the Chalcidoidea.

Hum here it reminds me a Chalcidoidea Perilampidae with the strong punctures on the mesonotum and scutellum.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
