Very handsome fly on Eupatoria cannabina

Hi,

found this handsome fly today, watched it for quite a time while it was always obviously feeding on different flowers iof Eupatoria cannabina. Location: Little wood in a swamp near Zarrentin, Northern Germany.
Sorry, poor light, therefore not a brilliant photo, but a remarkably insect indeed.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
