This Merodon-like fly (unusual for us) is very rare and active in August in Van Prov., highland. Thanks. Muhabbet

It's not Merodon! It is Palumbia eristaloidesSmile. A nice find to me becaouse I stilla haven't any in collection.Frown

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
