Diptera pupae?--> earthworm coccoons

They were found while digging a hole for a tree, june the 14th 2013 (Iberia peninsula: Catalonia: Girona: AlbanyĆ : Lliurona). They have about 2.5 cm in length. Could them be syrphidae?

no diptera. To me it looks more like the egg-cases (cocoons) of earthworms (Lumbricidae) |
