First time I found a so small Syrphid, the genus is Neoascia but seem to be impossible to ID the specie. 06.04.2014 - Northeast Italy  Neoascia sp. di Marcello Consolo, su Flickr I think it should be one of them: Neoascia annexa Neoascia meticulosa Neoascia podagrica Thanks for any help!
