 Larva from ants nest

Does anyone have an idea about to which family/genus/species the larva, shown on the images below, belongs? The larva was found in an ants nest. Collected by means of a "pipe trap" (tube with holes in the side, that's inserted in an ants nest) on April 24th in "De Kaaistoep" (Tilburg, south of the Netherlands).
